A first grader who was healthy died from the H1N1 flu. It is the second time this year that a child died from this virus who was healthy before. Another boy died september 24th of this year from this virus.

That is too bad that a child has to die so young. Was this death local? I am a bit surprised it is only the second child death this year though with the large amount of press the virus gets.

This summary is a nice, concise mini-brief. Plus, at 40 words, it was within the assigned 30-50 range. Comparing the first grader's death to a very similar recent tragedy drove home the effect that a young healthy child's death to an unknown flu can have on the community.
