A Monticello mother was found drunk driving with a level of .17 thursday afternoon. She had an open bottle of rum in her diaper bag, and a bag of marjiuna in the front seat. Her two kids who are 2 and 4 years old were also in the car, with only one buckled in. Monica Say was brought in and charged on friday morning, after leading the police on a four and a half mile chase into delano. Her court date is December 1st.
